Horrible. 80% of the app is a ball of mess with unintuitive UX, maddening design, deceiving detail, lack of information, confusing process, etc. Loading time is slow for amount of data that shouldn't even be that big. This is straight 1 star from me.

Photo profile upload still crash, testimony from customer and picture can be linked in Google+ API also if have some notification linked with the POS Cashier Program for Reservations with notification also barcode for discount voucher coupon promotion, if customer can deposit or collect stamp using online to get freecut

Unprofessional. I wasted my 55k to get a bad hair day. Side of my hair is short n other side is long. I told the barber to cut a bit of my hair but he cut it short. If i didnt stop the barber he would cut it really short. Dont hired many workers if most of them are unprofessional !! This is the third time i got bad hair day from sir salon siantar !!

Aplikasinya gak ada guna.. Saya dtg langsung ke salonnya dibilang antri 3 sama kasirnya.. Tp udah dilewatin ama 5 cust.. Berarti orang salonnya gak update dong atau aplikasinya gak memfasilitasi pegawai salonnya untuk update antrian.. Yg dtg langsung bs dilewatin ama yg pesen di aplikasi dong.. Walaupun yg pesen di aplikasi book lbh lambat dr yg dtg langsung..kimbek lah.. Buang2 waktu doang.. Mending cus tinggal pergi aja.. Note : Sir Salon binjai.. Kejadian barusan aja tgl 27 desember 2019
