keep getting "unknown error" and cant buy tickets on opening weekend of captain marvel... the app truly sucks. Even when the app works they try to make it like a social network and its a dumb waste of time. please just make sure the basic functions of the service work. Not only does the app not work, but the service was a fly by night scam. Paid for a year, then they shut down within the United States. I would recommend the international customers stay far away from this terrible service.

I got a subscription for 1 year for me and my wife. It was working fine for a couple of months, then they add this processing fee (1.80$ for each ticket) out of nowhere. So I have been paying more then I was told when I got the subscription. Now I cannot even get my tickets anymore, they released an update few days ago (just before the Captain Marvel weekend release) and I keep getting an "Unknown error" when I try to get my advance tickets.

Sinemia was great when it started. Now they eliminated the card option and now issues a one-time use number each time. This makes it next to impossible to buy a ticket at the theater. Additionally, there are now transaction fees for each ticket purchase (which keep going up), which you are essentially forced to pay because they charge it when you book online (the only reasonable option left). They say this is a "feature" and try to spin it as a good thing, but you will end up paying something for each ticket above what you pay for the service.

Originally, it was a great app, and it performed the exact task I needed to. However, over the last several weeks, typically during periods when users most want to go see movies (the weekends) it has been giving an "unknown error has occurred" and not letting anyone select a service to pick a ticket online. This feels very much like movie pass did right before it essentially went out of business.

I loved this service after I moved on from MoviePass last year. I even like how your unused movie can roll over to the next month. Unfortunately the passed 2 weekends that I've tried to use the app. I keep getting the, "An unknown error occurred. Please try again later!", message that everyone seems to be getting now. I've even been trying the app all weekend just to see if it would work at sometime. I emailed customer service yesterday and they haven't given me a response yet. Disappointing.

I have tried to use this app twice now, and both times I've ended up paying for my own ticket. Bought the physical card, and the first time the servers were down. The second time, without any notice beforehand it required me to "ID verify". And that has to be done on the website. I'm already at the movie theater! I expected it to be better than Moviepass, but I am even more diappointed. Worthless.
