Pros: easy setup and use. Cons: My experience has been that, for example: I have a session open waiting for the doctor to log in. I go to another app and come back into this app... it will NOT bring me back to the waiting screen. It will ask for the to session start. If you start the session again you will have two congruent sessions until the clinician closes one and the clinician can bring up the wrong one and it won't work right. If there is a better way to handle this I wasn't able to find.

It used to work fine, but now it keeps disconnecting after about two minutes. Have updated everything but still having the problem. Not making a good impression with the clients here. EDIT: It has been over a month since my first comment. I have done two factory resets on my phone, updated all the apps and system software, and it keeps disconnecting. Please fix this!

Basic app. Very minimal options. I wish that this app allowed me to place my tablet in landscape mode so that I would be able to simply rest in on the table rather than having to hold it up for the duration of my appointment. Often the video is grainy also. On the whole it is easy to use for those who might not be so tech savvy. I personally wish there were more options available to the user.

Completely stopped functioning after a few visits. It's been almost a month and I can't connect to the appointments. My app is up to date and I've reinstalled it multiple time to try and get it to work. There's no indicator that an error is happening or how to fix it. I just see a blank box when my provider tries to join the meeting.

The app itself is alright. Good video and audio receptivity given you're in a good 4G or 5G area, just like with most apps like Discord or Facebook Messenger. What I dont like is you can't pull up pics you've screenshot in your phone gallery and still have the call not cut out audio or video completely on your counselor's end. Rejoining the call is easy, but if I can use those features with other video services, why can't I use them here? I love my counselor, though. :)

The app works great. My only issue is that you can't screen share with it, like with the regular version (PC or Mac). On the other hand, connectivity seems much better, as there is a lot less lag, feedback, and jitter.
