I really like this app, I've had it for a long time. probably ever since August or October (2023), but sometimes when I'm using character. AI the keyboard doesn't work when I try to make a character (typing it's name) it's really frustrating and my keyboard is as short as it can be but still, then I have to change my keyboard, make it short again and see if it works, very frustrating,

Going from 4 stars to 2. One of the major reasons i use this keyboard and have been for 10+ years is because of the speech to text feature that doesnt spell out complete gibberish, love the feature, but now, with the new update, that feature is unuseable, every other language works but english, the one i use. Please fix this before my longtime keyboard app preference changes.

New update: This is an excellent app. I like its various features such as changing the background of the keyboard, the AI settings, and the little emoticons. However, the AI has been updated and modified to send links, and it is terrible. The AI can no longer keep up and asks repetitive questions. This feature may as well be discarded since I could easily ask Google. It can't even reword a sentence anymore without sending a irrelevant link.

Sometimes, when I use the keyboard, it sometimes Dissapears when I try to use it. My rating would be higher if it didn't have bugs. Also, I also experience a lot of lag every time I attempt to open the keyboard. It's so annoying since I loved the way I customized it and can't even use It anymore because of whatever I do. It'll again freeze up my phone, and or the keyboard disappears. I am currently using the default one just to type this right now. If bitmoji can fix this issue, that would be 😍

I like this keyboard app and all the features! The only 2 problems I have is when you customize your keyboard. You can only put pictures and not gifs! It would be really good if you can make your custom keyboard like an gif. My second complaint is the ai. Whenever I ask something sometimes it seems mostly they say something like "sorry this is not related to the " advertisement " but it wasn't a advertised related question or sentence. PLEASE fix this otherwise I would've gave it 5

The facemoji ai bar is genuinely annoying to see, it's too big and I wanna disable it but I can't find the option to. Even if I try to disable the ai I can't find where to disable it anywhere. Give us an option where we can actually easily find it on the settings page to turn off the ai or just get rid of it entirely, it's useless and unnecessary. There is no 'AI bot' in the settings of my keyboard, I don't see it anywhere. Other than that, the symbols are my favorite feature ★
