This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing NeuroGimnasio on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I have to admit, that this is a very good app. It tells you why you need to exercise with PD. Then it gives you a list of exercises at every level with animations. Better yet, it lets you add exercises that to your favorites so you can make your own customized exercise. Don't assume that this app is in Spanish, there is a way did turn into English. There are topics on Mobility, the disease itself and too many things to go over here. Also I didn't really notice a lot of ads

NEUROGIMNASIO es una aplicación dirigida a pacientes con Enfermedad de Parkinson, a sus familiares y cuidadores.
En esta enfermedad es tan importante el tratamiento como el movimiento.
Esta aplicación pretende ayudar a que el paciente haga ejercicio regularmente, siguiendo una serie de instrucciones básicas y fáciles de realizar, en forma de animaciones especialmente creadas para esta aplicación.
Así mismo, con futuras actualizaciones, se pretende ayudar a estos pacientes en su día a día, con una serie de consejos sobre diversos aspectos cotidianos relacionados con la enfermedad y útiles en la vida diaria.
Esta aplicación ha sido creada por la Dra. Nerea Foncea, Especialista en Neurología con la colaboración del laboratorio UCB.
