The app won't find more than 7 lights at a time. We have 9 spotlights in our living room and the app won't find more than 7 at a time. When it finds 7, that's it, it just doesn't detect any more. When I switch the lights off with a wall switch and then switch them on again, it allows me to find the remaining 2, but instead it won't connect to 2 of the ones that are already found - so it leaves me with being connected to 7 again. Give me a solution for this and I will change the rating to 5 stars

I don't like how they are not compatible with my Google home Max. But I can't find another bulb that Is compatible on Wi-Fi 5 GHz. All the Wi-Fi bulbs I find are on 2.4 GHz! ONLY! And these are Bluetooth not Wi-Fi. Or I could buy a home that goes with these but I think I have enough hubs in my house already! I'm not going to buy another one just for light bulbs.

This app has a timer scheduling option without considering recurrsions !! If someone wants to have an ON and OFF schedule that runs every day at specific hours (or excluding some days) there is no way to do it ! Only option is one execution and out. He must remember every day to enable the schedule toggles because after firing of the event they are automatically going off. This is the first time in my life that I see such a bad scheduling design (and I am a developer myself so I know what to say).

Poor. Looks good on surface but...I was forced to use the Bluetooth app because the bridge range is hopeless. Wasted money on the bridge. Avoid! The Bluetooth setting to remember the last colour just does not work. It is constantly trying to connect which is I suppose the nature of the technology. This must consume battery power on the phone. The lights themselves well are ok but no so bright. Not impressed.

It worked when I first got the LED Bluetooth Strip for my android phone 1 month ago.. suddenly it didnt connect anymore and I turned off the power or the light by unplugging it a few times, switched bluetooth and location off and on and reinstalled the app...Nothing has worked. It pops up in my bluetooth options through my phone but not connecting through the hue bluetooth app anymore....🤧

Since the latest update the light doesn't connect to Alexa. UPDATE: I've changed my original rating of 1 to 3, now after I spent a couple of hours (!) with Amazon helping me to re-connect it, on a day. Whatever happened, the light stopped responding to Alexa as soon as I updated the Hue settings. It's all good now, though and I might further rate it higher if no hiccups.
