This app has problems. -Watching TV the sounds cuts out randomly for 15-30 seconds. -Volume settings are not consistent from day to day. - Bluetooth connection does not always pair with both aids, causing me to turn then off and repairing both aids again. Very frustrating. I am still on my trial period, so might take the aids back and get Phonac.

Not real happy with the app... If I have my BOSE Bluetooth speakers running the app doesn't work, it wants me to disconnect from it first. I've had issues with the connection staying on and had issues getting my hearing aids connected. It works but has some major issues. Edit: I had to get a new pair of hearing aids and now can't pair or connect to my aids. I tried about 5 times following the instructions, this needs to be improved. For the money I spent on the aids the app is useless now.

This app is garbage. Now I can't get it to work. Says how do I want to connect. My hearing aids are paired but it says not found. Not connecting. I've tried multiple times to reconnect them but will not work. Very disappointing. I tried what you said and it still will not work. Now my husband's don't stream either. Your app needs a total redo. GARBAGE. DOES NOT WORK ON ANDROID PHONES .

This app sucks. No left and right volume controls, only right. Battery check only beeps in right ear. Had these new hearing aids for just over a week, maybe the problem is with the hearing aids, will get them checked. I had Resound hearing aids previously and their apps were great. If this is new technology Signia missed the boat.

While the hearing aids are good, the app leaves much to be desired. Always freezing on my phone and doesn't have a pleasant ux at all. Would be better if the app could get a good ux overhaul and make it easier to adjust hearing aids on the fly without having to increase smartphone volume first (what if I'm in a meeting??)

This app does not work properly. The volume is set at minimum and the volume sliders have no effect at all. I would like my old hearing aids back - they worked so much better (before I lost them). This app keeps freezing up and the non responding window pops up. Every time. One star for this app because you don't get the option to put no stars. I have an android phone, not an Apple iphone, so perhaps this is the wrong app for me?
