It wont pair, asks for bluetooth even though silk 3NX is not bluetooth (but is designed to be used with this app.) I got these for the remote support option as it's a 5hr round trip to my hearing professional and now they wont pair I'm asked to mail them back or take a whole day driving to them at my own expense. These are not cheap hearing aides, I thought getting these was a step up. The old touch control app isn't designed for these but it works fine...but it isn't linked to the software that allows remote adjustment. Finding this the most frustrating and deflating experience. These are my first ever hearing aides and I'm left feeling sick, unsupported and basically ripped off.

The app has a demo mode looks good but only volume in user mod .I used contact us but no reply . Liked my Starkey ones better . 3 months latter .they are terrible hearing aids not at all user friendly .I am going to give up on them. very frustrating. actually depresses me .my last pair (strkey ) blew these away

Won't connect to my hearing aid via Bluetooth or even communicate via acoustic. Stops/crashes during attempts to pair - and l'm using a Pixel 3 which is on the compatible list. In this day and age this stuff should not be this hard. Useless app.

pathetic application. always has to pair starts with useless sales info. btw the fact I cannot stream sound with android after paying a fortune for the aids is ludicrous

Not helpful for single ear hearing loss and also not effective for bicros users. user programs are available
