Very useful being able to control my hearing aids from my phone. Would like it if hearing volume could be controlled by incrementally clicks, rather than by sliding. Everything else is great. Latest version doesn't have the audible battery test. I miss hearing the three beeps each morning as a hearing aid test.

This app is quite basic and does what it's made for OK. It could do way more with a few programming tweaks. The app doesn't tell you about your hearing aids. I couldn't remember which side the red and blue markings on my hearing aids were left and right. I don't know why they just don't use an L and R on the aids so you don't have to remember. I recently lost a hearing aid while out in the forest. I searched everywhere and tried to use the bluetooth connection to help in the search to with no luck. What would have really helped is if the app would tell when it had it's last communication with the hearing aids. In this case one fell out, so it's pretty obvious that I don't use just one hearing aid. How hard would it be to have the app. use the phone gps and clock. This would aid in the recovery of a lost hearing aid quite often.

What the hell happened? When I first installed the app back in March everything worked, it was awsome. Now nothing, I can't change the hearing situations (theater, cafe, outdoors), everything is grayed out and can't be used. I've email the app developers and no response. I deleted it, reinstalled it, still the same. The app is basically now useless and no one is helping.

The options reallyreally work! I was skeptical at first....but when I played with the options I was impressed with the improvement...especially with the tv and group conversations... thanks much...my friends saw the difference right away! I struggle much less to hear ....and am more connected to what's being discussed!

Needs more options to customize it for different situation such as wind noise, tv viewing and etc.... An better documentation (manual) for the app and for the hearing aids function and capability. How to upgrade program settings as they may become available, and notification of software and firmware updates would be a plus.

When I rate the app it shows my wife's name and she doesn't have hearing aids!!!! Need to hear phone call through the hearing aids!!!! FIX IT!! FYI. For you that say the app is not not loud enough. Had the same problem and the audiologist increase the volume on my HA. He had to do some searching but found a way to do it Now my volume is adjustable in the app that I need.
