App will not download tried several times still nothing. The Residential Portal is not functional, you get voicemail when you call, I give up. 6/10/21 10 months later still can't get app to work. It's so @#$%* frustrating🤬

Poor maintenance service. Did not see my urgency on the weekend. Could not tell me how to resolve my issue with the appliance. I was told to call back if the appliance totally stop. So sad.

Ive been a resident for over 4 years at the same complex and the login doesnt work. My property mgr sent me a link to login but the app itself doesnt work. At all!!! Period.

It's terrible! It can't even handle logging in properly. Why do these companies want to have apps that aren't even necessary? This level of branding is just a waste of time and money.

SUPER FRUSTRATED I've had nothing but issues. Added "new ap" not recafe not only is it in Spanish but sends me email to confirm I have app but then when I try to change password notifies me that they have no record of me living in unit. I've been here 3yrs!!!!! Only reason I gave it 1 star is because I have option to give it negative 5 stars
