I keep having bad experiences with this app. Beyond the additional in-app purchases that should have come with the initial $3, the recipes I buy sometimes don't show up. I added the chicken and dumplings to a cookbook, but then it asked me to buy it again. I'll just use the online version from now on. Jesus.

Overall a great app. Can we please have a filter on dietary restrictions? This would be so much easier for some of us to use if we could specify common allergies and triggers for other autoimmune disorders. Things like dairy, tree nuts, soy, you know the things listed on ingredient labels on most things these days.

It's easy to use and there are a lot of great recipes, but there are some that are "locked." You get tokens for using the app daily, writing reviews, and posting photos of the recipes you have tried. You can then use said tokens to "unlock" the newer recipes. All of the recipes she has posted on Instagram and her site for free, but the app does make it easier to save, search, and compile all the recipes you like and use most often. That is he main reason I have and use it.

The recipes I can access are great, but the fact that I had to pay for the app (which is understandable) and then pay to get more recipes kind of makes the "budget" part of this a little less budget

Unfortunately the app doesn't work. I love the website, but the app doesn't load any recipes any more. It is just loading forever and not showing anything. I basically paid for an empty app. Very frustrating. Edit: Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It seems to be working again now. Hope it keeps working now.

Awesome app with the ability to save recipes, adjust the serving size and the ingredients and price adjust automatically. Lots use a standard base ingredients in various ways to not have a cupboard full of half used food. Highly recommended even if not just for the budget.
