I booked the van route 20:08 I arrived at 20:07 but turned out that the Van was already gone and I have to wait for the next round. I know it's still developing app but please consider on how to solve the problem of communication between driver and passenger. Even it's 1 minutes, the driver shall wait until the time fixed in the app as the point of paying extra money is the save our time, right? If it's cannot be solved, I don't know what's the point for paying for this app then. Thanks.
