The app and hobbie is absolutely amazing, I have only encountered one problem so far. The mobile app does not offer the upload options, I had to save a contributors dashboard shortcut to my homescreen. Im still a bit confused, the app shoud offer the same options as the the desktop view. Whatever! Either way we solved the problem and moved forward. Awsome is the response I have for the do it yourselfer who is interested in photos or videos. Thanks team shutterstock for your incredable work.

Its a great App. I have only recently uploaded about 300 images and 280 have been accepted with 86 images sold😀 and i can monitor my progress through the app. The one issue I would like to see addressed, is the inability to catalogue your images within the app. Images that have been rejected, have actually taught me how to next time take more acceptable images and therefore improved my photography.

If you take my words seriously never ever choose shutterstock as a platform for selling your photos. Earlier everything was fine after one of my photographs begin selling they changed their reviewing algorithm. Photos are reviewed by most lunatic bots and even your best photographs will be rejected. No support and may be they are making enough from old photos so why they care for you ? Moreover they pay so less and keep 98% of your photo revenue.

Overall nice app but a few improvements required 1. Image gets rejected for noise or blur etc. But i have to description, tags etc to see if image itself have any problems. 2. Can you make image upload 2 step process so that when i upload then itself it should reject ot stating the noise n blur issues. If image quality is good then you ask me to fill details and verify again. Hope you agree and make changes. Because typing hell lot of thing and then rejection demotivates beginners like me

Throttles your image quality! I'll submit crystal clear images that get rejected for image blur, grainy, noise, out of focus reasons that were NOT present in rung original picture! Something in the upload or submittal process randomly degrades image quality. Possibly compression/decompression issues in the process. The image they send back of my rejected submissions never matches the higher quality image I have on my end.

I was sceptical about this app before. But after use it just for a week, i am totally wrong. It is very easy to sign up and to become contributor. Moreover, it review my submitted photos faster than any other apps out there. Really recommended for those who want to become a stock photographer.
