Just installed Apr 29 update. Still does not display videos. Does not allow for confirmation of new member. This app still needs a lot of work. I guess it's free because it's not supported properly. Does not allow for shared videos to be displayed or viewed. I pay for a video account, and can't view videos. Dies not allow access to all content. i.e. can not access .pdf files. Go figure.

Still too difficult for some users to understand how to view and post to the family site we created thru Shutterfly. Just now I tried to check on pending members through my phone app. It locked up. Back on my computer three family have said they've "joined" but they show as "pending". Why?? If I as owner need to "accept" them, how does the owner do this? I've looked everywhere and can only invite, which I've done. Frustrating.

Shutterfly, please, please, PLEASE add a feature to the app that would allow users to create journal entries. It's so crazy that I have to log into a computer just to update journal entries. The app doesn't allow for any text to be added to the Share Site, which is a huge issue. This issue alone has made me question whether I should keep using Share Sites or switch to another platform. Please fix this! I love your products & want to keep my site!

It rarely works well enough to even get photos on there, you HAVE to have the app if you're a family member and you want to get invited, no opt out of subscription when you sign on, glitchy, and obviously only free to try and peddle prints. Deleting and moving on

The website never registered any updates or changes made . I have this for my son baseball team to be communication for the team. But when I make any changes using my phone it doesn't registered on the site it only register to my phone making a lot of confusion for the parents and on the coach. I shouldn't have to always do these updates on the computer because that just doesn't always happen. I'm a mother of 3 always on the go and I need an easy way to comment to the player parents. Fix the app

This is terrible. I have a code from Vons (Monopoly) but I can't use it because Sutterfly wants to access something I don't even understand. So I'm unable to load it and use my code. I have had other issues with Sutterfly in the past and I certainly have trust issues.
