I find the app challenging for making books. It's hard to see the text boxes and I was not able to edit my 6x6 book on the website, although I believe you can edit other sizes there. When I chose a layout and started adding pictures, the layout would change so I felt like it took extra time. Also, the free monthly books do not offer embellishments like the larger ones but I guess the price is right. This was my first time making a book on the app so I learned a lot. Will probably try again.

Worst photo ordering experience ever. The package was damaged during delivery and sent back to sender, I waited for it to be resent and never was. I had to call and have them resend my order that they stated was submitted "free of charge" even though I had already paid for it. As if they were doing me a favor.. eventually got the photos over a month after I originally placed my order.

I use Shutterfly all the time for gifts. Usually, it's great and easy to navigate, resulting in a fantastic and memorable item for a gift. This time was a whole different story. The app was exceptionally buggy. In creating calendars, I don't like that you can no longer add a photo in the calendar date squares or blank squares. When I went to review my work, pics had disappeared. Upon checkout, I constantly got an error message saying there was an error and to try again later. It finally worked.

Love the products & price. But the app is hard to use on a cell phone. Everything is too tiny, hard to read, and not intuitive. No instructions. After stumbling around I finally figured out how to create projects, and even then it was frustrating. Probably would be fine on a large tablet or computer. I have the app on my phone so that's what I used. Please make you app truly usable on a cell phone!

This app is not easy to maneuver through the site. I couldn't read what I was typing onto the page because of how the keyboard covered it up. The styles print color & fonts were easily changed. It took 4 1/2 hours to complete my 42 picture calendar. A little disappointed in the process but I like shutterfly. I would like to see some upgrades. I'm excited about the end product. Shutterfly has good quality. You won't be disappointed. The postal service damaged a previous ordernothingwasreplaced

There's a lot of UI / UX problems with this app. No copy paste option pops up when you want to paste text. You cannot move text boxes around. Some of the text boxes put text in by default and it's difficult to get rid of. Finding and uploading the right pictures from your phone is near impossible because the refresh rate or something---its only photos I just downloaded to my phone. And on top of that, I can't figure out how to save my work! I think they've definitely gone quantity over quality.
