CAN'T contact support after my card was charged to get a GHIN number renewal but they were actually charging my card for Golfshot Pro which I did not want. But they made it look like GHIN number renewal fee. When you choose the Contact Support app it doesn't do anything, and there is no phone nu.ber to call them.

I purchased Golfshot Plus. Why do I continue to get NAGware on my Android phone when I am using the app? This is REALLY frustrating. If you want to offer upgrades via email that is ok. I am VERY disappointed that the software is NAGware. :( I would not recommend this software.

After satisfactory work with CS my problem were settled with Golfshot. As I said before this app is by far the best golf gps app I have found and it has help my game by giving accurate stat and has help me be a better golfer. Just updated to pro which will give me new applications that will give me a cabbie and better course management tool. Try it you'll love it.

I have been using Golfshot since 2015 and have over 300 rounds recorded using it. I have shown it to many other golfers and most I play with now use it as well. The recent update for Bose AR, auto-advance and voice hole information may be the beginning of the end... One of the things that was great about Golfshot is it has just what you need and was great on the phone battery. Since the update to 1.36.1 Golfshot now uses ~50% or more of my battery vs ~25% or less before. I often play two rounds a day and before the update had no issues playing two. Now I have to charge my phone or OMG!!! use a scorecard to track my stats and score then enter the data into Golfshot after the round and charging my phone. I think Golfshot needs to focus on the core features of the existing application. I can't imagine a significant portion of their customer base cares about Bose AR, auto-advance (I have to enter my score and stats every hole... then hit "next hole"...) or voice hole information. The app was great for what it did. I tried them all. Hoping I won't have to find a new one. Until the battery drain issue is fixed I recommend downloading the 1.35.1 APK and loading it.

Android/Pixel 3XL. Requires constant baby sitting in order to be effective, and that distracts from and delays play. There is no intuitive way to reconstruct the data. I would like the ability to reconstruct a round shot for shot with actual tee and pin locations and this doesn't seem possible. Message to support on this issue took too long and the response ignored the core question.

I like the app on my phone...the disappointment comes when using it on WearOS watch. I have tried 2 different BRAND NEW watches, and I never get past 12 holes before battery dies! That is with starting the round with a fully charged watch! This is a huge let down. I hope they can optimize the WearOS app soon.
