the disadvantages of this application compared to green applications... 1. no calls using the app 2. If the driver gets a double order, the consumer doesn't get a notification, so the driver has to chat to inform them... 3. I can understand that the fares given do not correspond to the distance traveled, because there are subsidies from incentives 4. stop accepting new drivers, it will really affect the income of old drivers

horrible..the application is updated frequently, but there is no change at all. lots of drivers that use additional applications and even modifications. where they use fake gps.

1. Fix ur security, too many driver using fake gps and third party application. 2. Sometimes the customer intentionally put the wrong location to get cheaper rate and driver can't do anything about it since cancelling the order will result in decreasing performance. 3. The driver performance should not be affected if the order was cancelled by system (not driver), especially because fake order. It's like driver are always become a victim. 4. Fix ur maps.

1. How come when the restaurant is close, driver's performance decrease as it was driver's fault? 2. When I got 1 day suspension, I ended up suspended for 3 days... 3. Please don't be too cheap to rent a better plan to Google maps so in-apps map would be more accurate and we don't have to always use Google maps, it's making driver's phone works harder...

The autobid function is useless, if you can't pick and choose orders. It's better to set the full autobid directly in the application, orders must be taken all the time, we are employees, we are partners, why force us to take orders that we don't like... Miss an order and get suspended, take a few days off and get suspended, cancel an order and get suspended, just like a capitalist app.... If there is a service / service option, it is better to realize it immediately.
