Don't recommend to use this app to buy movie tickets , it halted from time to time during transactions. It showed an unsuccessful transaction and I did made a 2nd attempt and succeeded so end up paying for both!

Rubbish app, it hanged most of the time when the app started, and cannot upload receipt!

The app forces my phone camera to use flash whenever I tried to take photo of the receipts, so the uploaded receipts are always rejected

Connection to the server failed for the whole day at NTP & at home. Error code 403. Can't upload receipts.

Extremely buggy app and annoying to use. App keeps on displaying network error. Takes forever to load and connect. The IT team of SHK (or whoever designs the app) is just pathetic.

Useless, try to redeem gifts and everytime I confirm upon gift selection, the app force closes. Update - the issue lies with confirming gift with fingerprint. I managed to apply for gift with password. Please look into this.
