I used Shipt for several years, off and on to get money. If you hustle all day you can make decent money, but it's insanely stressful. They only give you an hour to shop, regardless of the amount of items, traffic, and out of stock products. I've been late a few times, but I've always received high ratings, tips, and preferred customers. Regardless, they blocked my account when my car broke down on the freeway and I couldn't deliver my order. No notice or warning.

I've been doing this for 3 years and the new interface for orders is HORRIBLE. all the recent updates keep breaking the app and now they have made it harder to use, unintuitive, and all around more confusing a clunky. The old order screen wasn't broken so why did they do this?! CHANGE IT BACK! This is my job and whoever is making these changes is just making everything harder for everyone!

Can't even finish sign up as it's been stuck on "background check in progress" for almost a week, when I was emailed a confirmation of the check being completed less then 12 hours after it was started. Emailed support last week about it got no response to date, and still have no access to the app. UPDATE: I've now sent support multiple emails and still have not hear back for weeks now. THIS APP AND COMPANY ARE DOA.

I've been fine with the app for the last few months that I've been using it, up until the newest update. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the items were listed in the wrong categories and, you had to skip it. Now, It won't let me sign in to the app, even though I just used it an hour before the update. It keeps telling me that my credentials are wrong, so I reset the password and it still doesn't work. I guess I just uninstall it.

Editing my review. Credit card issues are back. Clogs up checkout lines. Never had that problem with Uber shop and pay. Maybe they should snipe some of those employees cause they figured it out. Used to have credit card issue. It was declining at checkout. I would get stuck waiting for support to fix the card. Very embarrassing when it happened. I got a new card. Shipt app got updated. Haven't had an issue so far. Five star app if I never run into that issue again.

The app instructs you to pick a preferred location to deliver in, and I chose a huge radius. The thing is, the pickups are within that radius, but all of the drop off's are outside of that radius. I purposely tried to avoid any drop off east of Ashland Ave in Chicago...as far north as Evanston to as far south as Countryclub Hill. Well, every drop off is in the exact area I am trying to avoid. What's the deal? If I can pick up in the area I've chosen, why can't I drop off in the area I've chosen?
