Ulwazilwethu Rental Homes will operate in all the Province in South Africa where there is no student accommodation at TVET Colleges. Our target market is landlord, suretyship/students-contract agreement, marketing their places of importance providing training for developing accredited student accommodation owners place with relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities.
We will be headquartered in Newcastle town.
We intend to become specialists in marketing, developing, managing renting/leasing students’ accommodation in partnership with landlords, facilitating improvement of student’s accommodation with furniture and hardware retailers in the market. Where there are disputes with landlord, students and suretyship refer the matter to relevant bodies. Of importance to Local Municipalities, improve relationships with landlord related to the importance of service obligations.
The rental students should adhere to house rules signed. This can generally be summed up as clean, safe accommodation and safe security.
