EDIT 8/1: New UI is awful. Have to use list mode instead of map. Scrolling somehow accepts jobs, resulting in having to unassign. Virtually impossible to get a job now as offers are "open offers" not exclusive job offers, and as it takes 15 seconds to notify me (countdown is usually down to about 45 by the time the notification pops), I miss out every time. This is very anxiety provoking and means the people with phones that notify straight away will win out every time. Very awful and horrible.

Unfortunately the most DANGEROUS of all delivery platform apps to operate. There are NO AUDIBLE ALERTS for new available jobs. This means you must be looking at the screen constantly whilst driving. This makes obtaining work difficult and should not be done. Any audible alerts come after the job has been accepted by drivers who happened to be looking at the app the exact moment the job appears. What's worse is that SHERPA is aware of the issue and refuse to correct it. NEW DRIVERS BEWARE.

There's no easy way enter DOB for alcohol deliveries. I wouldn't recommend doing these deliveries with this app. Surprised to see that even after multiple other such reviews they haven't fixed it.

Don't drive for them unless they improve. I set job available notifications off but still got them, very annoying notifications. I hold P2 licence so that I cannot take or accept a phone call while driving. I set contact preference as SMS in the app but they still call me to ask just for things like are you available to help with orders in where and where. This is very annoying because I always need to pull over for things that I do not need to do. It takes very very long time to get to chat with a real person. The worst support team I have ever seen. I do delivery jobs for Uber, Deliveroo and Menulog they are better support teams.

Not sure whats happening - but the app logs me out and wont let me sign in. I have to uninstall and reinstall often - which then fixes the issue.

This app is very buggy. - When switching to app often just appears as white screen. Needs to be killed and restarted. - Often losses GPS signal when in background. App opens dialoge to go to settings to turn it on but its already on. Stuck in loop and need to kill. - Design of allocationing jobs results in very frustrating experience for drivers. All notifications are false positive because job is already taken. Google Pixel. Latest stable Android. No problems with other delivery companies.
