I was very happy with my experience. I installed the app to book a taxi to Abu Dhabi and i was very impressed. The call center agent was polite and well mannered and someone from RTA called me to check if the taxi arrived at the right time. Overall a superb, impeccable service. 5 stars!

Fix the location services for taxi booking please ... It keeps saying please enable location services even though it is already enabled

Location services have been enabled but still it doesn't work. Please improve the usability of the app. Doesn't even let you search most places or areas for pick up and drop off as it has too limited places database which should be improved. Also, please provide an option to choose on the map. Bus timing during COVID19, should also be incorporated as there are terminal closures for intercity buses. It shouldn't show the current day's schedule unless services have been resumed.

It is good that you started this step. However lots of things needs to be fixed; 1) There are issues with map and locations. No option to select the location on the map.!! 2) it asks to activate/enable the location although it id already enabled! 3)

Very difficult to understand. Routes/ Buses are not updated . E.g there's no tawuun, I can't see bus 9 instead it's telling as lines. How I'll I know which line represents the bus I am to take ?
