1. Signing up during a check out doesn't work and took ages. It will only work if you sign up in the profile tab. 2. Payment transaction got stuck while contacting issuing bank and it was an endless wait. There's not even a timeout. - on second try, the payment still got stuck - while still waiting for the second payment attempt, an email came in with a successful voucher purchase message. So which transaction was successful? And will I get charged twice? At this point the app has not refreshed from "contacting issuing bank". What a shame that Shangri-la MY is adapting this app, I suspect it didn't even go through a thorough user test before launching.

Too bad doing like this type of promotion, useless app . I just call to hotel they told fully booking,Can't select time period means the date full ,then pls update the app , 5 Star hotel with the service bad and useless app. Someone told me before I think is true ,all type promotion like this just 1st serve for staff family n friends.not for popular,this app cheat download.too terrible!!!!!!
