Worked Great!!! Got alot more out of the drive than if we had tried to "wing it" drove the whole loop with no problems. Gave me alot more confidence driving and knowing where and what we were going to.

Great driving guide. Can be used offline but requires GPS to trigger directions/advice. Pleasant guide with good mix of music and stories. I do recommend people go over the suggested stops and prioritize which ones you want to see you make good use of your time. There isn't a good sense of time along the trip and before you know it you've reached the end. Also strongly suggest staying a night in Hana if possible.

Excellent guide, lots of tips and good advice. Everything that other reviews have already said. One thing is that I did receive an alert warning me about the need for a reservation at the black sand beach park ... late in the return trip. Granted we could have researched better, but a chapter on things to know BEFORE leaving (necessary reservations, national park ticket, what to bring, etc.) would have been great.

I downloaded this tour because of a friend's great experience with it. I downloaded the bundle. Worth every penny. It became invaluable after finding out we had little to no cell signal on most of the island. With the Shaka map downloaded, we always knew our position with GPS. This alone was so helpful. We loved the tours and had so much fun. If you have questions they get back to you relatively quickly.

Tour wouldn't download using WIFI or data so I contacted their customer service. They responded promptly and gave me the option for a refund. EDITED TO ADD: Received refund. Changed my review because of excellent customer service. Still a little disappointed we weren't able to use the Hana guide on our trip, but I still recommend this app because of their good communication and for them striving for customer satisfaction.

This app was a lifesaver. So many great details about where to go, parking areas, little hidden gems, wear to eat, go to the bathroom and on and on. It made our Road to Hana trip enjoyable and stress free. And we LOVED hearing the history of the island along the way. The best part was being able to download the app to my phone so we had to issues when we had no service which was 90% of the time. Highly recommend!!
