So here's the thing, I chose this particular app specifically because the description advises one that the ad-free version is also literally free of charge as well. I'm not grudgingly sniveling about having to pay a few dollars at most for information that SOMEONE had to compile and organize into a comprehensive database/conversion tool... but the fact that I tapped the required keys and jumped through the indicated hoops and ultimately wasted a full quarter hour just irked the F#☆KING HOLY H☆LL out of me when after all of that rigamorale I'm waylaid by ads immediately! Not even a short respite from the constant pressure to BUY SOMETHING! I GIVE THE APP THE SMALLEST RATING. ZERO IF I CAN AND ONE IF THAT'S THE LOWEST. -NOT AT ALL OKAY WITH BEING LIED TO SO CAVALIERLY •□• DIRT KREISST SF666

amazing app! just add your patient weight and age and the app populates everything you need from blade and tube size to induction/emergency dosages

Very useful in paediatric anaesthesia

This app has been a lifesaver on my pediatric anesthesia rotation. Bought the adfree because I think the creators did some real nice work here. One annoyance I'd like to see fixed in an update is the realtime recalculations of doses that occur as you type in the age or weight. It really hinders performance. There needs to be something that waits until you finish entering weight before running all the calculations.

Good app but really does need the ability to add new drugs. Have purchased ad free regardless.
