This is the worst service. They constantly mess up your order and forget items. I've used it before and they have forgotten items but I was in a need and.. ok Exp: I needed a case of water and didn't have a free moment to head to the store so I ordered a case and a few other small things. I got the order left at my door and there was no case of water. How do you forget the biggest item on the order list. That is the last time I will use this app. Everyone stay clear of using this app seriously.

Lags/glitches when trying to calculate pricing after adjusting quantity. Came back to edit my review from three stars to one. Update: This app is a PR nightmare and an embarrassment to the company and dev/product team. None of the deals work even if the deal is for the only items in the cart. It takes forever to total or apply anything making a call to the backend. I'm surprised a respected company like 7Eleven can have a mobile app this bad. It's a disaster.

I personally know the inventory at most stores near me, so instead of spending so much effort into universalizing the selection for delivery, maybe try to allow the customers to select a specific store and manually input a specific product. For example, if I want a king size Reese's peanut butter lovers all peanut butter cup, and a Reese's big cup pieces, I know for a fact both of these are a product carried at the store that I work at. That would be helpful. Thanx

When it takes over three hours to find a driver for a delivery and it doesn't show you the location your items are coming from and just sits on ready for pick up the whole time you know the app is garbage. Live updates or some kind of info on why it is taking so long to find a driver would be nice oh and canceling orders with out getting a hold of the customer to explain why or if they can come pick it up is really terrible service.

Wrong order entirely I think I received someone else's order. If not then why couldnt I have been contacted like other food apps to inform me if I would like a substitute item? I received items I don't even eat. I'm grateful I'll receive a refund but simple things can be resolved so easily with a text or quick call. All of my info is on the app.

I signed up yesterday. The app is very poor and inaccessible. For starters, the location for delivery is already selected as per the user's GPS. This takes away choice. If the user's 7-now is bad that leaves the only option to pickup. Second, the pickup option is the only way one can choose a different store, which sucks for people with physical handicaps. I can use 7-rewards which is redundant. It shows that 7-11 hates the disabled. Why do you hate the disabled?
