I had booked a handyman service to treat the mould in a bathroom cabinet, and just 5 minutes before the scheduled time I got a call with an excuse that the service could not be rendered. Messages via application need a lot of patience - takes them tooooo long to respond. Phone conversation did not help. I would not recommend using this middleman service due to unavailability of service. Waste of time.

I have used this app for so long and i would recommend not to add your card details they charge you n double charge you too and without any prior information! Although they are the ones confirming the bookings, rescheduling then they make the excuse the rates have changed!

App is informative. I would prefer if they add vat total before proceeding for payment. App is quick and they call you in case a delay might occur and they request you for feedback. Great App.

Very bad experience, they are dealing with the lowest quality companies with no warranty on thier work, i used carpenter who used very bad material and had to complain about him to fix the work, then i used the appliances repair l, they fixed my fridge twice from the same issue, the first time they gave 30 days warranty, it was broken after 2 months, the next time they fixed it it was broken after 33 days, and they can't warranty thier "very good quality work" unless for 30 days

Absolutely not recommend. The hire sub-contractors and you pay extra for very bad quality job. When making a complaint, they don't take any responsibility, and you're on your own they just tell you to speak to the team (who usually don't speak english). The team they have sent flooded and destroyed my whole washroom, including the ceiling only repairing toilet.
