I've booked several times through Angi, and my experience has usually been bad. This week, for example, I used their concierge service, and the person never showed up -- yet Angi marked the service as completed, and charged me. There's no ability to note this in the app, or to request a refund. I've been waiting on the app's "24/7" support chat for over an hour, with no response.

What a disaster of an app! I wanted to reschedule a service. Set the date and time and could not finish the process. Nothing to click on to confirm. I tried to cancel a plan, chose that option, and it went to a page asking me if I wouldn't rather skip, pause, or reschedule. Sure, I understand wanting to keep my business, but to not allow me to do what I need to do? Not helpful and extremely frustrating! I appreciate the advisor who helped me cancel my plans and my membership.

I installed the app after setting up an appt with a plumber. I am extremely sorry I ever signed up for the service. I was given a free trial for the service & although I was told I would be automatically charged for the renewal, & could cancel at any time, I was never able to find a link or number to cancel the subscription until today, when I received a notice & receipt for the renewal fee. Fortunately, after digging deep into the fine print I was able to cancel & get a refund. But it wasn't EZ

The app is not working right. I cannot upload any photos. l cannot even provide notes to inform the Pro on what's going on so that they show up prepared. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. I have restarted my phone. Nothing is working. I tried to uplaod a photo from gallery, I tried to upload a photo using the camera. I tried to just update the notes. Nothing's working! Very irritating. What is working is the payment hold on my credit card!

First of all if you cancel an appointment..not the person you chose for a job..they charge you $25! The person hired doesn't want to cancel on the app . because they get charged $50. So they ask you to cancel, unaware of the charge. The person that showed up to repair my front door frame. . was not prepared for the job. Angie provided incorrect information to them. For a job I was told would take 3-4 hours..took 2 days, my daughter and I helping remove the glass screen, not room for all issues!

Awful...they used to actually care but now it is a better graphic interface and the worse service imaginable. You can video chat! But only with yourself. No one ever picks up. You can text! But no one ever responds! What the beep happened ?? I used to be able to create a project and get actual people...now it is just a waste of time. Don't bother with home advisor any more. If you own rental properties like we do just skip the time suck and go google your own professionals.
