Not only does this app not show the total value of my 4+ reservations with this company it does nothing to facilitate the checkin process. This chain threatened me with police when I blocked their attempt to pre-authorize my package renewal. They are not honest nor do they have as many locations as they say they do. I am on camera that I paid will alert the embassy and never stay there again. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terribly slow app. You have to wait a good 5 min to load and also when toggling. That is crazy. Also sometimes it doesnt work

App is so slowly, it's useless. Booking section doesn't load.

I will no longer book directly with Selina as there are too many problems with the app. Some functions do not work (like "Find your booking" and "Feedback" (which sends an email to a nonexistent email address). No way to cancel a booking or send a message in the app - need to use the chat function on their website or send an email. Need to save a credit card in the app to make a booking, which I don't like to do for security reasons, so I deleted my card after making the booking.

Very excellent app. It is easy to navigate. It povides the perfect amount of detail about accommodations and amenities as well as excursions and how to get to and from the airport. It also has great photographs.

It's more expensive on the app than on the website despite them claiming a saving of 10% (they actually gave 5% off full price). Also the prices are in $ and can't be changed.
