Redeeming your points to pay is far too complicated! This process should be simple and easy! You should not need a degree in finance to do it! I tried to redeem 3k points on my $3.18 purchase which would have made it $0.18 and instead it wanted to use 2k points to save $1! That makes no sense! This system is so convoluted and complex! Make it where you can select how many points you want to use towards your purchase or just use points to cover your purchase! Why the unnecessary complications?

Years ago I started my account at the 16th and fruitvale location hear in yakima and things were fine. But once email was introduced I tried merging my phone number with email and it doesn't work. I'm givin a phone number to reach out but once I made it through the automated phone system the call just drops. Typing my phone number into the 711 tablets at the store crashes their computers 100% of the time so I can only receive discounts and rewards with my phone. Until now. Please fix.

7/4/21 update: Not working AGAIN!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! App won't let me sign in and doesn't even recognize my email address now. Well, it was fixed for about a month and now it's doing the same thing as before. It says my user id & password are invalid and when I try to reset my password, it says authentication credentials not provided. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but that doesn't work either. So for now, this app is useless to me and I'd like to use my rewards but can't. Disappointed.

6/15/21: No surprise still doesn't work and never got a resolution from support. Update 1/10/21: still won't let me register after installing and putting in my info. WTH!! Update 7/30/20: Still doesn't work and still no answer from customer support. Still waiting for answer, only been over a month. Can't register, when I hit submit saying authentication credentials not provided. Update 7/8/20 still can't register with the latest update, apparently there are still issues/bugs.

Support is none! I have a card for many years, I've trying to register the App keep saying one verification SMS will be send but never arrives. Using the web is more useless, the inscription website has no 31st day for any month of the year! A lot of bugs everywhere... I don't use Facebook, so what's the point? The points I have in my card are useless because I cannot verify my profile... The stupid survey for help is another ridiculous thing... Don't waist your time...

Too many times the people at the store look at the app and are like what is this? I show them promotions or deals or my barcode and they have no idea what to do with it or how to make it work. Then they finally scan it and it never looks correct on their screen so the deals don't go through and they get annoyed at me. It's your app. You need to know how to use your computer system, not me the customer trying to figure it out. Some huge disconnect somewhere
