Just stopped working one day. Gives errors that it could not connect to camera (WiFi) or camera's servers are not available at this time (LAN). Wasted a few hours trying to make it work.. This app is total garbage, as is the cam itself, because it's totally useless now! It's highly recommend to avoid any products of this company!

Horrible... i can't even set it up. It either says my email is invalid and I have 3 which I tried them all and also it won't except my user name that I put in to set up even tho I have all that is required. I've reset my net, camera and re-download the app several times. I have paid for storage and cant use it.

I have used this app for a while now and it's been great but I'm noticing the event recording is turning itself off and sometimes the recorded events won't play back and I don't know why. Overall it's a nice free app. Just having this one issue.

Used to be ok but they don't care to support older cameras. They expect you to ditch your cameras periodically and fork out for new hardware as the app features behind failing on older but still good cameras. Moving everything to Arlo and TP-Link whenever I need to update.

Absolutely the worst. The camera has mysteriously dropped offline four times in the last week, resulting in reinstallations. I have deleted the camera and re-added the camera. The app may or may not connect the first 50 times you connect to the camera's wifi SSID, so prepare to go another 50 just to get the app to then connect. Today it says the page to set up the camera (because I am doing it yet again) is non-existent. Honestly? A 404 error?! This is the worst app for security cameras and it is disgusting that Kodak requires the use of this app for the camera I have while setting up an entirely different app - run by Kodak, that works for other Kodak cameras. Just.not.this.one! Ugh!

This app is great for middle to upper security needs for free. Cameras (when one can be found) are excellent. Just be sure to not spray it directly with a water hose like my young son did to get rid of wasps!! lol I give isecurity+ a 5 out of 5 stars!
