It's just a quick way to get to the website, it's not an app. Also, it sucks at the park, it's slow no matter if you log into their wifi or use your cell data. Also, I extremely hate that they require you to use the app to get show times and a map instead of printing them anymore. I don't pay 100s of dollars to spend the whole day in my phone instead of enjoying the theme park I'm paying for.

horrible all around. It is difficult to find information unless you are spending $. You have to reserve your day, but they expect you to remember every incredibly long member number. There is no way to go select the individuals. There is no way to copy and paste. Then they make the park rules difficult to find. They change them whenever they wish without notification. They also do not follow the new rules for drinks and food that allow those with medical needs and allergies to bring inside

This isn't an app, it's their website. I can get the exact same thing on Google Chrome or any browser. What's the point of even downloading this? No GPS navigation, no ride wait times. Totally useless. Seaworld: you want to know what a useful park app is like check out your competitors at Universal. At least that app has some real value to it.

Honestly pretty useless for a theme park app. It's literally their website but in an app format. Doesn't say wait times, Doesn't allow for mobile ordering of food, the map of the park is impossible to find. Honestly is just lazy

Was difficult to navigate. Didn't explain well how to log in if you had tickets and never got to the area where it showed you wait times. Rather disappointing for a great park.

Seaworld App...just plain frustrating.. Wait times? Good luck finding those. Renew your pass? Good luck. I couldnt even find when the pass would expire. Relevant information? Good luck. The parking at acqutica orlando was overflowing. Nowhere did the app mention this. Annual passholder- trying to order free guest tix?never works. Try a kiosk? Out of order. Ugh..just getting more frustrated as i write this. Try and have a good time.
