Well, I don't know if it's the app or my washer. My dryer connected easily and anytime it runs, I get notifications on my phone and am able to modify the cycles remotely. My washer, while installed on the app (41782), will not connect at all,which sucks,because you need the app to modify the "My Cycle" on the washer....womp womp....๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

Can log in, not getting email. I keep pressing resend but I'm still not getting an email to log into the app.Very disappointing since this was the main thing that I was excited about when purchasing my washer/dryer set

Awful. Unable to use with Samsung Galaxy S5, S8 or S10 on Android 9 or 10. Unable to connect devices (washer and dryer) to wifi after extensive troubleshooting finally tried 5 year old iPhone 6 and Huawei Honor 7x and they worked immediately. Unable to turn on or continue keep fresh after off. Can't use Google home. Had already contacted support and after a week of troubleshooting they gave up and said we needed warranty service. Had to replace units due to lack of support. Don't recommend!

Simple to set up and so convenient. I can control settings anywhere when I'm on the go or when I forgot to lower the temp but I'm already in bed. Love that it gives me the current temp in the room. Its all done right at your finger tips. I have no problems with this app. I dont have to worry if its to hot for my dog because i can fix that. Cool Cool Cool!

The app was working perfectly until I updated my router and when I try to reconnect with the new info it keeps on saying wifi password is incorrect when it is absolutely 100% correct and only works through Bluetooth now and not wifi.
