The app crashes each time I try to open it. I tried 2 devices

Crashes constantly, won't show all images on my camera. Do NOT delete images on your camera using this software until you are sure you have a copy. If you try to delete an image it will suddenly change the onscreen image to something else and delete that. The software is obviously unable to track how many images it is working with. I csn scroll from "pic 2 of 4" to "3 of 119" to "4 of 4". Getting the software to display images 5-119 requires a black magic sequence of button pushing.

I just received the SeaLife Micro 2.0 camera in December 2018. Was able to install the app on my Android phone OnePlus 6T Android V9 (Oxygen OS 9.0.7), and could connect the phone to the Camera's Wifi. However, the app did not work or download/display any photos from the camera. SeaLife Technical Service was very prompt in replying to my query and helped getting the App to sync with my Camera. The issue is the 4G mobile network which connects to the internet since the Camera Wifi has no Internet connection. Switching off the mobile data on the android phone while staying connected to the SeaLife Wifi on the Camera solves the problem. I can now view photos and videos on my phone as well as download them. Thanks SeaLife for responding quickly!
