About this app


대학가 근처에서 자취를 하고 있는 대학생들 중 365일 방에 거주하는 학생은 얼마나 될까? 보통의 대학생들은 서울이든 지방이든 최소 방학기간 동안 자신의 부모님이 있는 집으로 향한다. 방학기간 이외에도 주말에 집으로 가는 학생들, 기타 이유로 인해 자취를 하고 있으나 일정 기간 동안 방을 비워두는 일은 필연적이다. 즉, 학생들의 빈 방은 지속적으로 고정비 형태로 지출된다. 이를 줄이기 위해 현재 대학생들은 각 대학 커뮤니티를 통해 자취방을 거래하고 있다. 이러한 모습을 착안하여 우리는 ‘안전하고 간편하게 매칭 시키는 플랫폼을 개발하면 어떨까?’ 라는 생각을 하게 되었고 이런 아이템을 개발하게 되었다.


O2O(Online to Offline) 형태의 활동이다. 쉽게 설명하면 온라인상의 빈방 거래를 오프라인의 형태로 거래하게 함에 있다. 기존의 ‘직방’과 ‘다방’, ‘에어비앤비’는 임대인(집주인)과 임차인(자취생)간의 거래를 중점으로 했다. 하지만 우리 아이템 ‘대방’(대학가 방구하기)은 임대인(집주인)과 임차인(자취생)간의 거래가 아닌 임차인(자취생)과 전차인(제 3자)간의 거래에 집중했다. 즉, ＊전대차의 개념을 도입해 대학가 근처 자취를 하는 대학생들과 일정 기간 동안 방이 필요한 대학생들 간의 상호 거래를 안전한 ‘플렛폼’을 제공해 도와주는 것이 ‘대방’의 목적이다.

이용방법은 간단하다. 자신의 집을 일정 기간 빌려주고 싶으면 왼쪽 상단의 목록에 들어간 후 ‘방 올리기’를 클릭 하면 된다. 방을 구하고 싶으시면 자신의 대학교를 클릭한 후 방 정보를 보고 선택하면 된다.
