For 2 days your app hasn't been working. I have contacted the support cent as the message that come up on my mobile screen says. No response. I have missed out on many snapps for a few different stores due to an ERROR either the app.

Like everyone else has commented before, the app stopped working end of July and despite of emailing customer support (as prompted by the error message on screen), no response whatsoever. Beyond poor service.

The customer care service at SnappCard is extremely poor.. Emailed them on 27th June and still haven't received a response.. This is not the 1st time I've emailed them. It's super frustrating to be using an app that doesn't allow me to redeem my points..

Agree with the comments provided. Tried a redemption today and the app failed me. It makes one look like a fool holding up the queue. Sent a complaint to the support mailbox and as usual no one responds.
