Scout is great and really helps make customers feel at ease, definitely something that makes me stand out as a walker. It's also an easy transition for customers that have used or currently use Wag/Rover. Also the management team is very quick to respond and super helpful. Constantly trying to help as much as possible!

Hi! Leaving a review to also say this app is for business owners to manage their appointments and goes hand in hand with the online Scout Platform, where appointments are managed, invoices created, etc. This is NOT an app like Rover or Wag! It is a tool to be used in conjunction with the online Scout platform for independant businesses. Please do not leave them a one starr review if you do not understand the purpose of the app! The Scout team is amazing, and Im very satisfied with this app

NOTE: Please understand Scout is NOT a gig app like Rover or Wag- it is a tool for pet business owners to manage operations and billing. I've been using the Scout platform for 2 years now and it has completely changed my day to day for the better! I have more time in my day to speak to clients, more time for appointments, and I don't know how I would keep track of staff schedules without it. Makes billing so much easier! Customer support is stellar!!!

I've used the app for a week now and I find it to be great! I think it's pretty easy to set up and use. The cost is reasonable . The support has been great as well. Rich has been very responsive when I had questions. The one thing that would make it perfect is if there was a way to track mileage, but I'm pleased so far.

So I downloaded then realized I couldnt sign up, scrolled through reviews and saw the company said to go to their website because they dont offer sign ups on their app for some reason. I went to the website to sign up and it wont let me start an account.. click 'sign up' and nothing happens.
