This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Wiser 2 on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

The app worked great until the v3 release. I use some wall mount tablets and had 2 columns of widgets but after the v3 update, only a single column appears. I have refreshed the project in PICED and removed and reinstalled the app to no avail. Now there is a load of black space either side of a long clunky single column in my kitchen/dining room zones. Please either fix this bug ASAP or release a feature so users can customise and scale the layout entirely at their discretion.

After not working on mobile network yesterday, today when I was out I gave it another try and it worked. Samsung Note 9 running Android pie. Well, today it would not connect remotely, would keep trying local and crash. Sent feedback multiple times. Does anyone read the feedback? Change rating to 1 star

This app works great with ipad but Samsung always says disconnected. Sometimes works sometimes doesnt. Hopeless!!!

Do Not Buy C-bus Automation with Wiser - Clipsal do not update their products. Wiser no longer works under Chrome based browsers due Flash no longer being supported. Clipsal have refused to update Wiser hardware to address these problems and security issue.
