This app has the most bugs I've ever seen in a app before. I've had issues having two pca's work with the same client, it rarely acknowledges the homemaking hours as separate from PCA ones, a new bug that drastically increases time has come up. There are times when it will work smoothly, but their shared almost half and half with times where there's issues. If you are considering using this app for your PCA company don't waste your time. Frustrated because this is going to affect many people.

No auto login, works half the time on android. Programmers should have to use it themselves.

This APP is very buggy and screws up timesheets all the time. I don't care about my position being monitored, but I need to be able to adjust times and be trusted.

After latest update as of 10/11, can't open app. Stuck on "please wait" when opening app. Tried clearing cache and storage and reinstalling app.

This app will jeopardize the safety and care for the client "me" due to the fact they will be forced to look at their phones for punch in/out. In fact I'm so stressed out by this that I can't think straight. I can't believe how dumb, ignorant and immature pca policy makers have become. I now feel unsafe as my pca have spent 20% of their time looking at their phone instead of me. This will guarantee deaths and safety hazards to clients. Note: this is my opinion and current stress about this.

I know that this app is breaking the law. No organization has the right to track the activitie's of their client's. The right of privacy is broken. Even an ill person still has the right to privacy of where they want to go with their pca. The pca also has the right to his privacy too as their location and phone data is sacred. We don't know what else this app is accessing on our phone. It takes a be unusually long time to load or exit. That time may not be loading but a few minutes of ???.
