After providing mobile number the app keeps throwing Network Error. Internet is working perfectly fine otherwise. I've tried both WiFi and Data connections. Please restart card system. Card system was smooth. We go Haram daily and we see almost everyone complaining about app.

I Always Use The Bus Everyday For My Trip From Al Khaldiyah To Al Haram, But Every Time When I Want To Pay Via QR Or NFC The Machine Says, My Card In Stop List But It's Not. Sometimes The Apps Says That My Card In Stop List And The Balance Is Up To 10 Riyals. Please Fix The App We Need This App And The Bus

Most of the time app is not opening, either its showing network error or one time password is not sending, or showing Login retry, you can make it on card based like riyadh saptco bus, that is a hassle free process. Hi good day Im a regular passenger Aliyath to Haram madina Im happy with this bus cheaper also but. Some drivers are too much slow driving some time in terminal if aliyath if seen by colleages chatting more so the 10 mins waiting is more than 10mins plus very slow driving. I hope they can fix

The Madinah Bus mobile application is part of the Madinah Transport. The user of the application can purchase an electronic ticket for public transport and present it for control by the controller or using a special device installed in the vehicle.

To use the application, the user must:

Install the application on your mobile device;
Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed).
Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

As the number of participating cities increases, the mobile application is updated and new features are added.
