I've used this app for over a year and was very happy with it until this latest update. Two years of work completely erased over night. Every last soap recipe is gone. There is now a pop up asking to support the app - I might have considered it, if they hadn't lost all my work! I messaged the devs 3 days ago and still haven't heard a single word from them. 🙄

Loved this app until it had an update on 7-28-2020 and DELETED ALL MY RECIPES. So glad I typed all my recipes on my laptop a couple weeks ago. Don't trust saving your work here. It will get Deleted!

Been using the app for over 2 years now with no issues and with just an update yesterday I've lost all my saved works! It's heatbreaking and I really do need them back.

I work with code and databases so I always try to give developers the benefit of the doubt and accept that miscalculations happen but they haven't even bothered to acknowledge erasing years of work or answer any messages. Completely unprofessional.

Best app I've found for soaping. I only wish it was a bit easier to navigate back and forth when editing quantities and looking at the qualities etc.
