I think this would only appeal to beginners or very young people. The content is limited, simplistic and trite. And it doesn't change. Once you've read each section, you've exhausted it. An entire section on herbs is scary. I hope people don't start taking herbs with so little information. There is an unfortunate section on the "law of attraction" which teaches magical thinking. There are way better apps out there. I gave two stars, considering that some out there don't share my preference for an evidence based life.
