Essa funcionalidade foi desenvolvida especialmente para regiões rurais que não têm cobertura de rede celular, mas possuem alguma conexão de internet (ex.: rádio ou satélite). A tecnologia VOIP é disponibilizada pela SEG Tecnologia (http://seg.eti.br/).
