Useless the developers must have just a iphone. You Know Some Phones Don't Have A Menu Or option key. So the app is useless just like there dvr system. Was playing around with a system we ripped out of a customers business. They are in better hands now with a non samsung dvr

Not sure if this is working at all. I use SmartViewer on my desktop and iPolis on my phone and these work fine but this app does not connect. Not sure why because the connection messages flash past before I can see them. Moans about a 404 but I can't see why and the settings are identical to all the other products that are working fine. Can't even set this up for my local network. Not only that when you edit the entry and try to save it says "this already exists" like Doh! why wouldn't it when I am editing...

Needs support for shr-2042 dvrs... needs update. Is there any support for this app? One star because developer has not responded to emails. Update: like another person mentioned. Net Eye Camera is an app the works for shr-xxxx models of dvr and it works great.

Ipolis is the mobile app which works very nicely. This is the web viewer that I assume is the same as the PC version. It downloads the software from the DVR for you to run on your browser. However the DVR web viewer software requires you to have ms silver light installed and only runs in windows. So it seems pointless unless it's to view Samsung techwin's own servers to view your CCTV cams.Dont know?

First, it requires you to enter TCP AND RTSP ports, even though the 5100 forces you to chose one or the other. Even though desktop app connects with no issues, this app returns a 404 error. Seems the app is compatible with a very limited number of DVR models.

Application does not work. Get message that means absolutely nothing to me ( IO exception). Good thing it's free if I paid for this software I would be asking for my money back.
