Updated review after using their "need help" as requested: If I could lower the rating I would. Their help was absolutely useless. She told me to use the website instead of the app. And then stopped responding to me. lol Crashes frequently, adding multiple items is a tedious chore, and clipping coupons often returns "service errors."Now I can't even place an order anymore, just keeps giving me a "GetMarketplaceCart" error. It gives a link to contact for help... to a chatbot that does nothing.

Not sure what happened. But the App stopped working since the latest update on Nov 7, 2023. I went to the store to get some groceries and couldn't see my clipped coupon or my list. it just stays blank and spinning. I thought it was my phone signal, but other apps and Google were working. Not even when back at home with wi-fi. I couldn't use it at all, not even to access my account. Ended up going to Ralph's. Please fix the bug.

After reading numerous reviews, it's clear that this app once worked quite well. An app that was once simple and reliable has become so unnecessarily complex that even the simplest of updates proves troublesome. As I've been setting up my account, I've run into a few issues that have proved annoying. First, I cannot link my PayPal account. Second, I ALSO cannot link my bank account. The bank account link attempt is so buggy it continually crashes the app. I hope that help is on the way.

Saw a deal in-store with a price tag that told me to scan the barcode. That didn't work, but I was able to find the item and clip the coupon through the menus. However, not only did I not see a convenient way to use the coupon in store, but there was a message saying that there would be a $3 fee for orders under $30, which completely negated the savings. A truly stupid experience

Way better than Ralph's, or Krogers app. Easier to clip coupons, but could be easier with "one scan to clip them all!" or one clip to clip all coupons. or simply just lower the price, this digital requirement is bad for older and poor who have a hard time with tech. DIGITAL COUPONS IS NOT A BETTER COUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

All I want to do is add items and coupons to my list, go shopping at the store with the list, and check items off the list as I physically put them in my cart. It was working this way for a while. After the last update, some items end up on my list, some under clipped deals, some in both. So i need to toggle back and forth to see everything. It turns out that there is a "Store Mode" icon on the home tab that makes the app work as I hoped.
