There are so many things that this app does not take into consideration. One when I have my my phone in my pocket while driving instead of in its cradle it registers as being in use. Also there have been several times when the app has registered that I am speeding when in fact the app has the wrong speed limit and example of that is i-77 north of Charlotte. The speed limit is posted as 65 not 55. As to hard acceleration, I would like to see them get on 77 in charlotte without hitting the gas..!

Horrible app, did 6th graders put this together when teacher was out of room? Doesn't update rides, sayinf waiting on network or scoring now but doesn't do either. Too sensitive to braking and speed limits not up to date. App deserves 0 stars, company only gives you excuses for faulty information. Progressive if you paying for this app you are getting RIP off. I hope this is not what you use for insurance rates

It seemed like a good idea, track your driving to see how safe you are. Well, I drive 10 and 2, and I drive rideshare in a BIG city. That means, you can't go 60 in a 65, like the app wants you to. I liked the idea of the app, but punishing people for driving with the flow of traffic, avoiding accidents, cutting away from drivers who cut you off and then slam on their brakes seems like a good way to end up with a 2.2 rating. Uninstalled.

Absolute garbage... this app has a MAJOR FLAW. If you press back after pressing collect stars and the animation doesn't finish up, you will not get any stars and the trip will show that you already claimed that. It happens every single time you skip the animation. Be aware.

App set up for only you on the road Doesn't take into consideration of other drivers cutting you off, hitting there breaks, there reckless driving. App does not have correct posted speed limits. Doesn't know the difference between you using your phone or on hands free as allowed by law. App not setup for real life driving or heavy traffic. Not good for cities like Austin TX where we have horrible California driver moving in every day! App is GIGO. High school students can develop a better app.

Dosen't operate properly. Only tries to open then closes immediately, and runs in the background wasting battery life even when not need. Tracks while walking, stationary, and riding with other drivers.
