This app just wasn't what I was looking for. It takes a very long time to load and is utterly inconvenient. It crashes consistently and takes a long time for new information like the websites that my son has been using and his texts to come up. I do not reccomend. In fact I strongly recommend against using this app.

At first it worked great. We set the phone to disable at 10pm and restart at 8am. Well for some reason the app flips this by itself. It keeps enabling apps from 10p to 8a. I don't know why I have to keep going to superpowers everyday and fix this issue.

At first the app worked fine until after around 2 hours it crashed and I haven't been able to turn back my phone until now and the same with my daughters phone.

This is a really great app to use to monitor your children's devices. You can set schedules to block apps but also make changes on the fly when you ened to. The interaction between the Parent app and the child app is great. I have had to lock the phone and the lock was within 5 seconds from the command being sent. I have recommended this to my child's therapist who has had other parents ask about an app to help with their children's phoneso. FYI to the children that say this is an invasion of privacy, until you turn 18 privacy is a privilege not a right. Any privacy that is given should be earned. Thank you for a great app.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this app. We had it on our youngest daughters phone although our oldest daughter was paying for it so as I asked her to she canceled it under her name and I tried to set it up under my account well it never has allowed us to use it, and I've just now realized we have been billed for the last 3 months totaling about $45.00 for an app that still is asking me to subscribe and authenticate or whatever it is I have screen shot both of these pages. As well as I still cannot get it to work on my daughters phone even after uninstalling and reinstalling. So 3 months I've paid for nothing. I will say when it was working it was a great app. And I hate to make negative reviews but I cannot afford to pay for a service that is not working and seems to be won't work. I can't find now where to place a complaint and am just completely disgusted now. I would recomend with 5 stars if this app would have worked as well once we tried to switch but I didn't think I would be charged either for a service that says it's not activated and says I need to subscribe.

I'm really pleased being able to see my daughters text messages, and I like the fact that they date back even before I got the SaferKid app. What I don't like is that I cannot see call history or see who she adds to the address book, I just get a notification that she's added somebody and I have to search through and try to figure it out. I like it well enough, but I would like it even more if I were able to see more of her activities.
