Guys,the new update (May) has crashed! I installed the update only to find that I had been logged out. I had to re-enter my number like I was a new user. And after confirmation there is just an orange screen with the safeboda logo and a tab that says unknown error. Please send an update to fix the bugs ASAP!

Used to love the app but recently, the wait times are too long and you have to request multiple times to get a ride. That's okay if it happens once or twice, but happening every time is a big no. Very disappointed with the app.

The new fares are not favourable at all. It's Soo inconveniencing especially when paying with cash. otherwise i had no problem with the app before

I'm tired of explaining to people where I am, I'm not sure if it's a problem of the GPS or the drivers themselves but all in all I'm just tired of it. Please take steps towards reducing that as much as possible. Otherwise it's a good app.

Soo annoyes with your app! The app freezes when u need it in critical time at comes back after two hours!! Please developers work something out!! U dont deserve a star!!
