Occasionally, the app will crash when I have a ticket open and switch to another app or lock my phone. However, getting back to my ticket after a crash takes less than 10 seconds. Beyond this one issue, everything works great.

I don't have to add time to my trips to make sure the ticket machines are not "out of order" or if they do or don't accept credit cards, coins or cash at the stations or stops. An absolute game - changer. THANKYOUTHANKYOU

This app has been very easy to use and convenient for me to when public transportation in Sacramento was a must, just so long as you have access to wireless internet on your phone at all times and the data to utilize it!

This app is perfect during COVID 19. I don't have to use the machines at the RT rail stations. And I never lose my ticket!!!

App do not work with the Sacramento public buses. Loss $2.50 due to the bus never arrived to airport. (142 route) twice try to use this route and never show up.
