Does Not Work on Android 11. Extremely disappointing. Luckily I figured out how to make it work (had to use an iPhone to activate with this app then use Tello FPV app on android to control this drone) otherwise my son would not have been able to use his Christmas present. Emailed to inquire about timeline for fix on this and got a generic reply that they are working on it. Truly unacceptable support level.

Won't start on Pixel 2 Android 11. I'm having the same problem as others. Used to work fine on Pixel 2 Android 10. I think this is the first time I've tried it after phone upgraded itself to 11. App does not run at all. Really disappointed because I like this drone and the app. I guess I need to find another app or something that will work with the drone.

App doesn't open. Using a pixel 5. Our new drones are bricks. Update: I contacted customer support online. They told me this would work on a pixel 2. I downloaded this app to my old pixel 2. It does not work on that either. Up Update: Customer support says their app doesn't work with Android 11, basically any up to date android.

If you are reading this you likely already bought the drone this broken app is for, that money is now wasted. If you haven't bought the drone yet and are looking into the app, do not buy it, the app doesn't launch on the current version of Android.

I was gutted as all of you are.. it wasn't working for me!! After reading around and installing the paid app Tello FPV this now works fine on my Pixel 3a. I'm flying!!!...This version of the Tello app I was advised to install doesn't work for me!

Horrible. Doesn't support video feed for Samsung Galaxy D20 FE. I was told by Ryze customer support to use supported devices like Pixel 1XL. Extremely disappointed after paying $140 for a drone and controller that doesn't capture video.
